The AM-RB 001, code named the Nebula and now given the name Valkyrie is the new Aston Martin $3 million 2-seater hypercar.The AM in its name stands for Aston Martinand the RB stands for Red Bull. The hypercar is a product of collaboration between Aston martin and Red Bull Racing to create a car entirely usable and enjoyable as a road car. The car’s makers claim the title of fastest street-legal car in the world for it. The design was helped by Adrian Newey, Red Bull Racing’s Chief Technical Officer and the world’s most successful F1 designer.

Although the details of the car are still unclear, it will have a naturally aspirated v12 engine and will have some sort of hybridization; possibly a Formula 1 style hybrid system. It will reportedly have 1 horsepower for every kilogram and is expected to weigh about 2,300 pounds.
Everything is made of carbon fiber and there is not a single steel component in its entire structure. The McLaren P1 Carbon is a limited production plug-in hybrid sports car built by British car manufacturer, McLaren Automotive. The so called Hypercar and concept car was capable of reaching speeds of 218 mph (351 km/h) with the limiter on, and up to 249 mph (401 km/h) without it. Debuted at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, all 375 models were soon snatched up. Deliveries to retail customers began in the UK in October 2013. The entire P1 production of 375 units was sold out by November 2013. The production run ended in December 2015. The United States accounted for 34% of the limited production run, and Europe for 26%, so not many of these cars to go around.
It is considered to be the long-awaited successor to the McLaren F1, utilizing hybrid power and Formula 1 technology, but does not have the same three seat layout as its predecessor. Like the McLaren F1 road car of 1992, the McLaren P1 is a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive design that uses a carbon fibre monocoque and roof structure safety cage concept called MonoCage, which is a development of the MonoCell first used in the McLaren MP4-12C and then in subsequent evolutionary models. Its main hyper-fast competitors are the Ferrari LaFerrari F70 and the Porsche 918. They are all similar in specifications and performance, and in a race around the Silverstone circuit, they were all within a second of each other, the P1 finishing first at a time of 58.24 sec and the LaFerrari finishing slightly slower at 58:58 and the Porsche in between them with 58:46.

Revealed at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show on March 1, the Porsche 911R RHD shares most of its underpinnings with the GT3 RS, but removes the rollcage, rear wing, and associated bodywork for a weight savings of 50 kg. The Porsche 911R comes only with a 6-speed manual transmission, and has a top speed of 201 mph due to a lower drag coefficient compared to the GT3 RS. It also offers additional options for a lighter flywheel and removal of the air conditioning and audio systems. Production will be limited to 991 examples, starting as a 2017 model.

The McLaren 675LT was launched at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show and is the first modern McLaren to wear the LT (’Longtail’) badge. It takes inspiration from the McLaren F1 GTR ‘Longtail’ that debuted during the 1997 race season. According to McLaren, ‘focus on outright performance, weight reduction, and ultimate levels of driver engagement’ define a ‘Longtail’. Embodying the ‘Longtail’ ethos, McLaren have focused on reducing the weight, optimizing aerodynamics and increasing downforce to generate more performance on the track just as with the original ‘Longtail’ F1 GTR.
McLaren’s aim with the 675LT was to create the most track-focused road legal model in the Super Series. To achieve this, McLaren reduced the weight by 100 kg to 1,230 kg through an increased use of carbon fibre and lighter components. With a newly developed M838TL 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the 675LT achieves a top speed of 330 km/h, sprinting from 0–100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.9 seconds.
The 675LT is fitted with adjustable settings for both Handling and Power train though the Active Dynamics Panel rotary switches. The Sport and Track settings are uniquely calibrated to the 675T with the track experience in mind.
The car has been designed with a focus on track use and features P1-inspired carbon fibre gearshift paddles mounted on a rocker behind the steering wheel.
In December the 675LT was joined by a Spider variant. Both Coupé and Spider guises were limited to only 500 units globally.

The Pagani Huayra was officially debuted online with many pictures in a press release on January 25, 2011. The official world debut was at the Geneva Auto Salon 2011 in March. It is the successor to the Pagani Zonda. It is named Huayra after the Incan god of wind. Pagani expects to build no more than 40 Huayras each year. The engine is a M158 twin-turbo 6.0 Litre V12 from Mercedes’ AMG division producing 720 horsepower (537 kW) and 1,000 N·m (740 lb·ft) of torque.

The Huayra’s main body is made from carbotanium ; a composition of carbon fiber and titanium, thus it is reasonably lightweight. The Huayra has been redesigned from the ground up, but shares many visual qualities with the outgoing Zonda. The top speed has gone up from the 220 mph (350 km/h) (set by the Zonda F Roadster) to 235 mph (378 km/h), and the 0–100 km/h time is 3.2 seconds. When the car was driven round the Top Gear test track by The Stig it set a lap time of 1:13.8, making it the fastest road car round the track.

The Ferrari F40 is a mid engine, rear wheel drive, two-door coupe, sports car built from 1987 to 1992 (up to 1994 for the LM and 1996 for the GTE). As the successor to the Ferrari 288GTO, it was designed to celebrate Ferrari’s 40th anniversary and was the last Ferrari automobile personally approved by Enzo Ferrari. At the time it was the fastest, most powerful, and most expensive car that Ferrari sold to the public.
The car debuted with a factory suggested retail price of approximately £168,00 in 1987 , although some buyers were reported to have paid as much as £1.5 million. It is believed that 1,311 F40s were manufactured in total.
As early as 1984, the Maranello factory had begun development of an evolution model of the 288 GTO intended to compete against the Porsche 959 in FIA Group B. However, when the FIA brought an end to the Group B category for the 1986 season, Enzo Ferrari was left with five Ferrari 288 GTO Evoluzione development cars, and no series in which to campaign them. Enzo’s desire to leave a legacy in his final super car allowed the Evoluzione program to be further developed to produce a car exclusively for road use. A figure from the Ferrari marketing department was quoted as saying “We wanted the Ferrari F40 to be very fast, sporting in the extreme and spartan in it’s finish,” “Customers had been saying our cars were becoming too plush and comfortable.” “The Ferrari F40 is for the most enthusiastic of our owners who want nothing but sheer performance. Ferrari LaFerrari (project name, F150) is a limited production hybrid sports car built by Italian sports car maker Ferrari. The car and its name were officially unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. It is based on findings from testing of the Ferrari FXX Enzo and on research being conducted by the Millechili Project at the University of Modena. Association with the Millechili Project led to speculation during development that the car would weigh under 1,000 kg (2,205 lb), but a dry weight of around 1,255 kg (2,767 lb) was claimed.
